Welcome to Rescue Squad Ironworks. We are built on a foundation of brotherhood, heavy-duty fabrication, and a deep commitment to the fire service. Based in Milton, Ontario, Canada, our mission is simple: to design, build, and deliver the highest-quality fire training props available, backed by real-world expertise.

Who We Are

Rescue Squad Ironworks is owned and operated by Andrew Brassard and David Lajeunesse. We have been close friends since high school, combining two lifetimes of highly specialized skills.

Andrew Brassard: A career firefighter and professional welder who understands exactly what crews need when training for worst-case scenarios.

David Lajeunesse: An expert welder-fabricator who spends every day turning raw metal into precision-engineered equipment.

Over 20 Years in the Making

For more than two decades, we worked together in an unofficial capacity, building durable fire props for the fire service. We have officially joined forces in an official capacity to build the highest quality training props available to the fire service. Because we know what is at stake, we do not cut corners. We build tough, realistic training props designed to withstand the brutal demands of live-fire training and forcible entry drills.
